What information is processed
The portfolio does not include registration forms, payments, comments, subscriptions or analytics added by us. If you write to us, we receive your email address, name and the information included in your message. You do not need to send health information or clinical documents to enquire about a collaboration.
The hosting and access provider may process technical data, such as your IP address, browser information and security logs, to serve the page and manage private access. This processing is also governed by the provider's terms.
How we use your messages
To answer your enquiry, consider your proposed collaboration and, where applicable, manage the professional relationship. Writing to us does not automatically add you to a marketing list.
Where the GDPR applies, responding to a service request may be based on pre-contractual steps requested by you; responding to other enquiries may be based on our legitimate interest in addressing them. Marketing communications that require consent will rely on separate consent.
Retention and service providers
Messages will be kept for as long as necessary to address your enquiry and manage any resulting relationship. Where a legal retention requirement applies, the corresponding period will be followed. You may request deletion of information that is no longer needed.
Email and hosting rely on technology providers. We do not sell the information you send us. Private access is provided through ChatGPT; please see OpenAI's privacy policy. These providers' services may involve international data processing under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Social media, WhatsApp and AprenderIA
The buttons open external services; we do not embed their players, pixels or feeds on this page. Their own policies apply when you visit them. In a WhatsApp group, some profile information may be visible to other participants depending on how WhatsApp works and is configured. AprenderIA has its own policies and terms.
Your rights
You can write to us to request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and to exercise other rights under applicable law, such as objection, restriction or portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including, where applicable, the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

We will update this information if the portfolio's features, providers or data processing change. The revision date is shown at the top of this page.
